The National Center for Digital Sexual Crime Response (NCDSCR) operates a collaborative support system for digital sex crimes and provides victim-centered integrated support to help victims restore their daily lives.
In accordance with Article 7-3 of the Sexual Violence Prevention and Victims Protection Act and Article 2-6 of its Enforcement Rule, our center provides one-stop integrated support for digital sex crime victims—including illegal filming, non-consensual distribution, distribution threats, and deepfakes. Our services include counseling intake, deletion assistance, distribution monitoring, and referrals for investigative, legal, and medical support.
